Welcome to IglePSYCH, where we work to change the landscape of psychiatric care. We understand that effective treatment goes beyond medications; it's about relationships and providing you with a platform for recovery that's both comprehensive and accessible.
Dr. Igleburger likes to talk to his patients. That's right... a doctor who has time for you! Expect him to provide comprehensive psychiatric services and actually care about you and your situation. Medication management appointments are available in person at IglePSYCH, Inc - Located at 14 Racetrack Rd NW in Fort Walton Beach, FL and also Via Telemedicine on the Doxy.me platform.
In our pursuit of excellence, we've redefined the traditional psychiatric medication management model. IglePSYCH is a FEE-FOR-SERVICE clinic. WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE DIRECTLY WITH ANY HEALTH INSURNCE PLANS For medication management visits the fees are based solely on the time that Dr. Igleburger spends working on the client's case/visit. He will typically spend about 5 min reviewing records before the Doc-To-Patient time starts and then another 3-5 minutes documenting, dictating and sending scripts after the in-person portion of the visit.
With a focus on treating the root cause of symptoms rather than just managing them, they incorporate lifestyle, nutrition, and alternative therapies into their practice. Their goal is to support long-term healing and balance through safe, personalized cannabis treatment within a broader holistic framework.
Discover the pinnacle of excellence in mental health assessment and care with IglePSYCH. Administered by our seasoned and compassionate psychiatrist, these evaluations delve deeply into the distinct cognitive patterns and behavioral dynamics that characterize individuals with ADHD.
TMS, an acronym for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, represents a groundbreaking treatment method in the field of mental health. Dr. Igleburger has continued to foster his relationship with the Anchor Clinic and other active TMS Clinics in the area. Through these relationships we are happy to announce that we have access to a state-of-the-art TMS machines, stationed in Navarre, Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach, Florida as well as Fairhope, AL. We remain poised to revolutionize the way we approach the treatment of Major Depression and OCD.
Imagine a journey to renewal, where patients embarking on the path to recovery visit the Navarre treatment center Monday through Friday for a span of seven weeks. Each visit takes roughly 30 min. Over this course, under the careful guidance of our expert medical team, patients undergo the TMS treatment regimen. This regimen involves the precise placement of a magnet against the patient's head, positioned directly over the area in the brain where the darkness of depression resides.
What sets our TMS treatment apart is its nuanced methodology. Through cyclic magnetic stimulation, we awaken the dormant, underperforming segments of the brain that lie at the heart of depression. Our mission is to rekindle the spark of activity within these areas, fostering a newfound sense of vigor and functionality.
Pharmacogenetic testing is a personalized approach to medicine that analyzes how an individual’s genetic makeup affects their response to medications. By examining specific genes, this test helps healthcare providers determine which drugs may be most effective or cause unwanted side effects, reducing the risk of trial-and-error prescribing. It is especially useful for managing chronic conditions such as depression, anxiety, pain, and cardiovascular disease. Holistic practitioners may incorporate pharmacogenetic testing to create safer, more precise treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique biology.
Ketamine treatment is a cutting-edge therapeutic option that uses low-dose ketamine, administered in a safe, controlled environment, to help reset and rebalance the brain. Originally developed as an anesthetic, ketamine has been shown to rapidly reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain—especially in individuals who haven’t found relief through traditional treatments. By promoting new neural connections and enhancing emotional processing, ketamine therapy offers hope and healing for those seeking a new path forward in their mental health journey.
Dextromethorphan treatment is an emerging mental health therapy that utilizes low, controlled doses of dextromethorphan—an ingredient traditionally found in cough medicine—combined with a supportive therapeutic setting. When used this way, it can help regulate mood, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and support emotional processing. Especially promising for individuals with treatment-resistant depression, dextromethorphan works by modulating glutamate activity in the brain, promoting neuroplasticity and a greater sense of emotional clarity. Our approach ensures this treatment is safe, intentional, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

We offer compassionate, hassle-free evaluations to determine your eligibility and provide a legally recognized ESA letter if appropriate.
