In our pursuit of excellence, we've redefined the traditional psychiatric medication management model. IglePSYCH is a FEE-FOR-SERVICE clinic. WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE DIRECTLY WITH ANY HEALTH INSURNCE PLANS. Our fees are based solely on the time that our providers spend working on the client's case/visit. We are thrilled to offer Ketamine, Weight Loss / GLP-1 therapy and Medical Marijuana services in addition to the traditional meds.
Medical Marijuana Recommendations
Don't Panic, It's Organic! Many patients are choosing to step away from mainstream medicine these days. With Medical Cannabis treatment patients are able to see tangible results for managing conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, mood instability, pain, tremors, PTSD, IBD/Crohn's, side effects of other/necessary meds, panic attacks, spasticity, neuropathy and other conditions. Often these conditions can be treated using MMJ with less side effects than traditional meds.

Comprehending and addressing the complexities and severity of your attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is paramount. ADHD evaluations are for established IglePSYCH patients - $300. We do not do ADHD evaluations for non-established patients as the diagnosis is complex and requires a complete general psychiatric evaluation first.
The ADHD Evaluation experience at IglePSYCH is a thought-provoking 60 minute session involving the administration of a comprehensive ADHD assessment tool for adults. Administered by our seasoned and compassionate psychiatrist, these evaluations dive deeply into the distinct cognitive patterns and behavioral dynamics that characterize individuals with ADHD.

Through this relationship we are happy to announce that we have access to a state-of-the-art TMS machine, stationed in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We remain poised to revolutionize the way we approach the treatment of Major Depression and OCD.
Imagine a journey of renewal, where patients embarking on the path to recovery visit the Fort Walton Beach treatment center Monday through Friday for a span of 6-8 weeks. Each visit takes roughly 30 min. Over this course, under the careful guidance of our expert medical team, patients undergo the TMS treatment regimen. An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter is a licensed mental health professional’s recommendation that recognizes a pet’s vital role in supporting your emotional well-being. ESAs can provide comfort, reduce anxiety, and ease symptoms of depression and other mental health challenges. We offer compassionate, hassle-free evaluations to determine your eligibility and provide a legally recognized ESA letter if appropriate. Our process is simple, confidential, and designed to help you and your animal companion stay connected—whether at home or when traveling. (An ESA is not the same thing as a registered Service Animal)
MICRODOSE COUNSELING
Although medical use of the classic psychedelics such as LSD, Psilocybin, Mescaline, and more recently recognized compounds such as MDMA and Ibogaine is currently disallowed in the State of Florida, Dr. Igleburger is staying current with research and expects that we will soon be using psychedelics in treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
